The bed reminded me of sleeping on a slab of carbonite-too hard for my liking, and the pillows could double as weapons with their rock-like density. The gym was lacking. The noise level in the room varied. Occasionally, sounds from kids playing in adjacent rooms disrupted the quiet. Getting to local transport involved a longer walk than expected, especially since the nearby subway line didn't connect well to many key destinations.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable and in a central location. I was surprised at nearby Sunshine, they had some goodies, drinks. I booked twin room, it was new-fashioned and complete with a nice view.

It has convenient and unbeatable location to see Hosei-ji Temple. The employees are helpful.

It was just a fitting option for exploring town in Osaka with all in all great value for money. I enjoyed the public bath experience , surprisingly relaxing after a day out. Keep an eye on the street when you're coming back at night, it's pretty lively out there!

Arriving at Hotel Elcient felt cute right away. The amenities were excellent, especially the generous supply of items in the amenities bar. No need to pack small essentials like razors or cotton pads. My room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the firmness of the mattress. It made for great sleep. The location was a short walk to Umeda, ideal for grabbing a quick meal or shopping. One issue that stood out was the cleanliness of the sheets with an unpleasant leftover from the previous guests. I didn't explore the public baths , so I can't speak to that experience. The gym was quite limited with only three machines available. I'd consider returning despite the small cleanliness issue.
